Sorry, your blog cannot share posts by email. I cannot tell you how quickly this could be resolved, but likely it may take months for them to choose to pursue charges. He is really worried. Also, please explain what you mean when you say "Provided you did not solicit for any information directly" if you would. My apologies to your worry, truly, but I still do not see a criminal element here.
